Thank you for choosing Aubi & Ramsa! We’re committed to ensuring your ice cream arrives in perfect condition, just as it left our shop. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Shipping Method

All of our products are carefully packaged in specially designed coolers with dry ice to maintain their frozen freshness during transit. We use overnight shipping services to minimize transit time and ensure your order arrives in the best possible condition.

Please note: While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, shipping companies may experience delays that are beyond our control. Additionally, deliveries may be dropped off without requiring a signature, so we recommend keeping an eye out for the package’s arrival to ensure it is received promptly.

If you experience any issues with your order, please reach out to us immediately. To start the claim process, kindly provide clear photos of the damaged or melted product.

Important Information

  • Claims must be reported on the same day the package arrives to avoid the product sitting out overnight. Unfortunately, we cannot address issues related to products that were not claimed the same day of delivery.
  • If your product arrives melted, please do not refreeze it, as this can affect the quality and safety of the product.
  • Your prompt communication helps us resolve any issues quickly and maintain the quality of our service.

Shipping Days

We ship orders from Tuesday to Friday. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and holidays. For the most accurate updates, please refer to the tracking information sent via email.

  • Orders placed from Monday to Wednesday will arrive by Friday of the same week.
    • Orders placed from Thursday to Sunday will arrive by Friday of the following week.
