We want you to be completely satisfied with your Aubi&Ramsa order. If you encounter any issues with your delivery, such as damaged or melted products, please notify us immediately upon receipt of your package. Claims must be reported the same day the package arrives to ensure prompt action. Please provide clear photos of the damaged items to start the claim process.
Keep in mind that shipping companies may occasionally experience delays or mishandle packages, which are beyond our control. However, if your package arrives in poor condition, we will gladly offer you a refund or arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
It’s important not to refreeze melted products, as this can affect the quality and safety of the ice cream. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are here to help resolve any issues you may experience with your order.
