The Liquor Infused Kitchen, inspired by the liquor-infused ice creams of Aubi & Ramsa, introduces a menu that redefines gourmet street food. Chef Rojas has creatively designed 10 distinctive dishes, each featuring a protein paired with a dipping sauce, ingeniously infused with Aubi & Ramsa's signature liquor-infused ice creams.
Dulce de Leche Chicken Tenders on a Waffle
A comfortably indulgent creation of chicken
tenders served atop a crisp, golden waffle, topped
with fine herbs, confit onion, cherry tomatoes,
arugula and feta cheese.
